After three years of shopping and a
serious process of elimination, I am extremely pleased and
proud of my foundation brood jennets. This part of the herd
at “Sunset Ridge Farm” is a variety of ages, colors and
bloodlines, but it is a consistent blend of all that a
miniature donkey should be. I wanted to stay small, but I
also required correct bone and substance that would meet the
standard and produce a miniature donkey that is capable of
“Performance and Conformation” characteristics; and
always…that lovable, intelligent, and irresistible
companion. The following is a detailed introduction of my
jennets, starting with my older girls, all of which have
proven and contributed to the future of the miniature
donkey. I am very proud of them all.
